Managing Director
Brian brings nearly two decades of experience in regulated technology environments, supporting defense and federal acquisition programs in independent systems evaluation roles before leading implementation of NIST 800-171 security controls within a defense contractor. In commercial settings, he served as a systems and network administrator and technical lead, leading implementation of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security controls.
He brings that analytical discipline and execution focus to cybersecurity and technology leadership at CTRL-A.
Gage T.
IT Support & Systems Administrator
Gage supports day-to-day technical operations across client environments, drawing on experience in manufacturing and casino gaming settings along with a Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity and industry certifications.
He delivers disciplined systems administration and responsive support across backend infrastructure and end-user systems, helping maintain secure and dependable operations.
Melissa I.
Ops Coordinator & GRC Analyst
Melissa brings a background in operational leadership, including experience managing complex, multi-function business environments. She supports structured service delivery, client communications, and billing coordination while contributing to governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
Her focus on process accountability and operational continuity helps ensure consistency and dependable outcomes across client engagements.
