CTRL-A Technical Services ("CTS") wants everyone to be able to use ctrl-a.io, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation.
Our Goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, and we review the site as we add or change content.
What We Do
- Use headings, lists, and labels so pages make sense to screen readers
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
- Keep text readable against its background
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus
- Write in plain language and keep page layouts consistent
Accessibility Settings on This Site
Every page has an accessibility button in the bottom-left corner. It lets you:
- Increase text size up to 150%
- Turn on high contrast
- Reduce motion and animation
- Switch to a dyslexia-friendly font
- Increase letter, word, and line spacing
The button works with a keyboard and screen readers. Your choices are saved only in your browser and are never sent to us. These settings add to the site's built-in accessibility; they are not a substitute for it. You can also use your own browser and operating system settings, such as zoom, which the site supports.
Known Limitations
Some parts of the site come from other companies, and we cannot fully control how accessible they are:
- Live chat is provided by Crisp.
- Appointment booking is provided by Calendly.
- Embedded content such as videos and maps comes from their providers.
- The website platform is provided by Squarespace, which controls some page templates and components.
